It is possible to change these dimensions, and you can change the width and height of the process step you want to change from the System`>``>`Process management`>``>`Process step type menu path by pressing the edit icon next to it and then clicking the "Dimensions" button in the window that opens.

The "To Whom the Review Task Goes" parameter on the System Definitions `>` System `>` System Parameters `>` General page can determine who the review task will go. This parameter can be selected as process owner (S), process reviser (R), process preparer (H), and limited authorized users (L) in the authorization matrix. The parameter is populated by using the letters S, H, R, and L that represent the roles. The parameter can be used by separating multiple roles with a comma.
