1.Highlights / New Features​

  • DR17370 – 160705 – If special codes are defined, the filter is provided in the form of a list and searches from there.

DocumentManagement.VideoCompression.Active" system parameter can be given true/false values to the compression process.   • DR15528 – 177260 – Added 'Current Quantity' field to the dataset of the asset bill of materials reports.
  • For the information showing the time difference in the DR17554 – 177045 – Timezone selection list, it has been enabled to display values according to summer/winter time.
  • Special codes in DR17369 – 160709 – System - Mandatory fields settings (work request and work order) have been added up to 20.
  • DR15003 – 152362 – It has been enabled to select a work order in the purchase request and to come up with the part code according to the asset in the work order.
  • "ACCOUNTCODE and ACCOUNTNAME" have been added to the DR17650 – 176482 – V_WORK_ORDERS table.
  • DR17652 – 176485 – Work Order Form A4 Special 2 report dataset OZELKOD19 and OZELKOD20 added. Tools Special Code 1, 2 and 3 fields have been added to the Equipment sub-report in the report.
  • DR15577 – 155276 – Material stock analysis report has been added to DataSet as "EQUIVALENT NUMBER". You can customize the relevant report and see the total number of equivalents.
  • DR17695 – 176481 – Vehicle Management - Traffic Fines columns have been added to the "violation item" and "violation location" columns.
  • DR17314 – 160713 – Customer requirements are met when BC425 is marked and BC011 is unmarked, no new development is required. Edit BC011 parameter name to make it clear.

  • DR18672 – 178524 – The problem of adding services in the Business Type does not work on mobile has been fixed.
  • The problem of the DR18825 – 179038 – BC259 Parameter filtering the responsible operator field in the job request has been fixed.
  • DR18775 – 179040 – Daily purchase analysis report date filter error has been fixed.
  • Fixed the problem that when the DR18957 – 179567 – BC467 parameter is checked, the remaining quantity in the order detail line added later arrives at 1.
  • On the DR18954 – 179568 – Work Order list page, localization support has been added to excel templates in Addition Features - Custom Lists and Custom Forms, the system should be restarted and it should be checked that the documents in the eba are updated.

  • Job Type filters given to the User in the DR18586 – 178528 – Personnel Occupancy Report: The error of placing it in the "Group Code" filter instead of the "Job Type" field in the filter section of the report has been fixed.
  • DR18623 – 178525 – While selecting the service in the work order in the service card, the filters of the Types of Assets That Can Be Used, Causes of Failures, Fault Solutions, Asset Groups That Can Be Used, Maintenance Codes That Can Be Used have been enabled.
  • DR18576 – 177813 – Maintenance Management - Periodic Maintenance - Periodic Maintenance Calendar page has been provided with the "Business Code" filter.
  • Sorting problems in the date fields of DR18496 – 177808 – Purchasing - Reports - Purchase Reports - Purchase Requisition Tracking Report have been fixed.
  • DR18605 – 178526 – User group authorizations - Added "BCG1.442 - Can Change Authorized Material Movement Type Filter" authorization to Material Authorizations. Depending on this authorization, one or more transaction types were added to the transaction types tab for which it is authorized, and it was ensured that it could only be seen on the page according to those authorized to see and not be able to change it.

4.Breaking Changes​

  • Beam 2.25.2.1 Installation / Update Should Be Done.
  • For the use of Beam 2.25.2.1 version on the mobile side, IOS Mobile Application Version 1.30.32 and ANDROID Mobile Application Version 1.31.0 must be continued.
