When the process is published, can the people or groups I have determined receive an information mail?

By using the Information Matrix in the processes, it can be ensured that the published processes are notified to the specified people. The information matrix can be used by activating the "Use information matrix" parameter on the System Definitions > System > System Parameters > General page.

When the parameter is activated, the Information Matrix field is included in the process detail. Users, positions, departments, user groups, organizational units, or resources can be added to the knowledge matrix. Users in the matrix are sent an information mail when the process is published.
