Blocking the access of the document attached to the RD object in the file management system
Authorization required for the user to upload files to related documents in the process without accessing the file management system
On the security side, arrangements should be made as in the image above. This arrangement must be made to all user groups where the user is located.
If the user wants to allow certain types of additions in the 'Add' section (for example, if only allow for the related document part), then he needs to edit as in the image above.
In the document management field in the menu section, we authorize the folder we wrote in the save path (dm) field that we set in the properties section of the RD object.
We add the user or user group to be authorized.
