Step One

When a project is created in the development interface, the Flow Starter 1 object is available on the flow screen that comes up by default. And this object comes with Send and Cancel events attached as action buttons.

If the object that initiates the stream and the events attached to it are appropriate for the streaming scenario to be developed, this step, which comes by default, can be used exactly. If there are parts of the object events or properties of the object that need to be changed as per the scenario, the developer makes adjustments. For the first step of the Annual Leave Request process, by default the inbound stream initiator object is appropriate and can be used as such.

The user who started the flow should see the Annual Leave Request form we designed in the web interface.

Because a project can have more than one form and multiple Document objects linked to those forms on the flow side, the Docs field in the properties specifies which project form the user in the Flow Initiator object will see. In the Docs field, select the Document object that identifies the form that the person in that object wants to see.
