1. Fixes​

Document Management Module

  • 182300- DR19520- The training planning feature in the document module has been updated to be active only for documents with a training manager and a filled training tab. • Tasks will not be created for documents with a blank training manager or where no participants have been added to the training tab. • In documents with a filled training manager, tasks will be correctly assigned to the relevant training provider. • The training manager information is retained in revised documents. • If the position code is incorrect or no user is assigned to the position, training will be created but the training provider field will be empty; the training manager position will continue to be visible in the document.

  • 182500- DR19572- Fixed an issue that caused the rejection reason field to appear incorrectly in document revision requests.

  • 182645- DR19605- Fixed an error that occurred when clicking the “Show Published Version” button during revision processes performed with pptx extension files.

  • 182787- DR19674- Integrated Management System - Document Management - Reports - Draft Documents List: Fixed an issue where the task duration displayed an incorrect negative value when feedback was provided on the same day during the document preparation and revision process.

  • 182825- DR19684- In the GetDocumentsByCode and GetAllDocuments methods of the document web service, the English language equivalent of the “Responsible Section” field is now displayed correctly.

  • 183711-DR19849- Integrated Management System - Document Management - Reports - The issue causing the page to refresh and the task not to open when clicking the “View Document” button on the Pending Approval Document List has been resolved.

Audit Activities Module

  • 182644- DR19614- In the audit module, the issue where the status information appeared blank for audits with “Plan” status on the Lead Auditor's Pending Audits page has been resolved.

  • 182791- DR19629- In the audit module, the findings fields (Finding Summary and Finding Details) in audit reports created in English are now displayed correctly in English.

Calibration (Device Management System) Module

  • 183685-DR19839- The tolerance values for the device are now correctly calculated in the measurement constants. When tolerance values are entered as decimal numbers, calculations are now performed using decimal values.

  • 183867- DR19872- Fixed an error where the lower and upper values of the acceptance range in the calibration report could not be updated when parameter 39 was set to “No”.

Suggestion Management System Module

  • 182303- DR19523- Within the scope of suggestion parameters, when parameter number 86 is set to “Yes,” the user information of the person making the suggestion is now displayed as “Confidential Suggestion Maker” in the emails sent.

Information Security Risk Assessment Module

  • 182843- DR19692- Fixed an issue in the Risk Record Creation page where controls associated with measures were not displayed on the grid in the Measures tab. Selected controls are now displayed correctly on the grid.

Board Meeting Module

  • 182964- DR19704- In the Board Meeting module, the issue where meeting agendas were not displayed correctly in the Decisions tab has been resolved.

Field Detection Management Module

  • 182723- DR19573- In the Field Detection Management module, the error message received by users with deletion permissions in the permission matrix when attempting to delete approvals has been updated. Users without permission now receive the warning: “Only module administrators can delete records in approval.”

  • 183566-DR19823- n the Field Detection Management module, the “Should a field inspection report be sent in the closure notification?” parameter now works even if there is no closure approval flow. If the parameter is set to “Yes,” the report is generated along with the relevant email and a record is added to the MAILSATTACHMENT table.

Contractor Work Permissions Tracking Module

  • 183282- DR19765- In the Contractor Work Permissions Tracking module, the error that occurred when adding new documents or updating existing documents for contractor personnel on the Personnel Pool page has been fixed.

Card Notification Module

  • 182570- DR19595- In the Card Notification module, the “Nullable object must have a value” error that occurred when attempting to delete the relevant card after deleting action items created conditionally has been fixed.

    • The system error has been prevented by checking the existence of the action item during the deletion process. • The deleted action item in the card notification is now also cleared from the result data it is linked to, thus eliminating the risk of junk data formation and repeated errors.

2. Mobile Updates​

  • 182783- DR19661- Fixed an error that occurred when accessing the additional file tab during action item closure confirmation in the mobile application.

  • 183567-DR19828- The error that occurred when opening the risk form when adding an explanatory image to header-type fields in the QDMS mobile application has been fixed.

3. Breaking Changes​

  • The web version must be updated with the 5.27.1.3 package.
