📄️ Document
The document object is the object in which the forms designed in the designed process and the information on the form are kept. When added to the stream, the document object cannot be linked to any other object with the link arrow, nor does another object's arrow bind to the Document object. The object is in the stream; Objects such as position, position group, information, etc. are added as documents and the project form to which the document object is linked is displayed in the relevant step.
📄️ Create Document
The Create Document object creates an instance of the desired form and assigns it to the Document object on the flow. This object is included in the flow by connecting to other flow objects with connecting arms. As soon as the flow step passes through the Create Document object, the form to which the defined Document object is linked is created in the system.
📄️ Document Status
The Document State object is used to change the states of Document objects in the flow design at any desired point in the flow.
📄️ Synchronizer
A Synchronizer object is an object that synchronizes fields between two document objects on forms to which documents are linked, table, details, and detail table objects on forms.
📄️ Document No Assignment
The Document ID Assignment object is used to ensure that document objects in the flow are given document numbers in a desired format.
📄️ Document Deletion
The Delete Documents object is used to delete project forms from the system. Since the documents deleted with the document deletion object are removed from the system, this object should be preferred only for the forms that are idle and do not need to be accessed again.
