2. Mobile Updates​

  • 189082-DR20722 - In the External Customer Complaints module, when the value of the ‘142-Should an approval note be used?’ parameter is ‘No’, the requirement to enter an approval note when granting approval via the mobile app has been removed, allowing approval to be granted without entering an approval note.
