System Infrastructure Definitions Module

• 191321-DR21131 - The file name limit for creating announcements with attached files in the announcement definition menu has been increased to 250 characters.

Document Management Module

• 188755-DR20674 - The issue where documents with users in the user group and with an ongoing process were not displayed in the ‘List of Documents with Ongoing Processes’ during control and pre-control has been resolved.
• 190883-DR21037 - The issue of the logo shifting in Excel documents has been resolved.

Action Management Module

• 190537-DR20978 - The error encountered when applying the ‘Completed on Time’ filter in the ‘Action Approval Rejection History’ report has been resolved.

Audit Activities Module

• 191322-DR21147 - When a finding from an audit is linked to multiple standard clause numbers/management systems, the Audit Finding Report now displays all selected clause numbers and management systems.

Device Management Module

• 190719-DR21023 - In the Equipment module, during the work order closure phase, if the process owner and the closure approver are the same person and the “Allow approval in sub-module” option is selected, the work order is now closed and the “8-Work Order Closure Notification” email functions correctly.

Survey Management Module

• 190614-DR20996 - When using an anonymous survey via an external survey, the question numbers assigned to related questions are now displayed on the external survey response page.

Emergency Situations Module

• 191191-DR21101 - The labels for the drill and team definition screens on the Emergency Planning page have been separated. The label lblHeader_EkipTanimlama is used for Teams and lblHeader_AcilDurumTatbikatlariTanimlama for Emergency Drills in the language settings.

2. Breaking Changes

• The web version must be updated with the 5.27.2.3 package.
