STORED PROCEDURE and INSTRUCTION DELAY NOTICE

In the preparation/revision of Procedures and Instructions, delay notifications can be sent by determining the waiting period of the Procedures and Instructions that have been drafted and stored with the "Save" button. Relevant Procedures and Instructions Procedures and Instructions stored due to the status can be notified to the superiors through the agent program. Sending overdue notices; System Infrastructure Definitions > Policy and Procedure > The waiting time should be specified on a daily basis for the parameter value 208 in the Policy and Procedure Parameters menu.

Policies and Procedures stored thanks to the parameter value determined as 10 days in the sample image will be sent to a superior as a delay notification at the end of 10 days.

While the relevant parameter provides information about the positions it is affiliated with, it allows it to be sent to different positions thanks to the E-Mail configuration No. 100 in the E-Mail settings.
