Approval on the basis of action item

The decision to go for approval of planned action items can be made by the user who entered the record. Some parametric arrangements should be made to ensure this.

Parameters 10 and 11 default to "No". If it is pulled to "Yes", the two checkboxes in the image appear on the action item planning page. The person who opens the new record can determine whether to go for approval or not here.

10 – Yes 11-In case of yes, action opening and closing approvals are optional.

10-Yes 11-No, the action opening approval is optional, and the closing approval is the same as in the current flow.

10-No 11-In case of yes, the action opening approval is optional, as in the current flow.

10-No 11-In case of no, the action opening and closing approvals are the same as in the current flow.
