User Login Problem

Problem

The user with registration number X cannot log in to the system and does not appear in the list when you want to log in as a login as. I've restarted the service and it hasn't improved.

Solution

Since there was no Title linked to the Title code assigned to the user, the title section in the system manager appeared to be empty, when we tried to change it to "... derived or constant field". When we tried to deactivate the user without changing the title, the Title field made a mandatory warning. We created a title with the title code and restarted the service, the user appeared in the login as list.
