Inability to view the menu to which the user is attached in the interface

Problem

Eba also added a user new menu profile. I see that you can switch users from my own account and access the menu to which I was added when I became that person. However, when the user enters from their own account, they cannot view it. It can access the applications that are currently authorized to access, we have no problem with this. The menu added to the new profile does not appear to the user either. I forward it in the attachment.

Solution

The user could not see the menu because there was no Logout. Problem solved when Login again.
