Overtime

Thanks to the overtime application, you can easily define overtime, view, edit and delete existing overtime.

To access the overtime application, you can select the overtime application under the Human Resources menu as shown in Figure 1.

From the screen that appears, you can add new overtime, view existing overtime, filter, sort and delete any overtime you want from the Overtime screen.

Adding Overtime

To add overtime, click the New button on the Overtime screen. (Figure 2)

As in Figure 3, the Create Overtime form will open on the right side of the screen.

On the Create screen, you can fill in the Overtime Code, Overtime Name, Factor sections for the overtime you want to create.

After filling in the relevant sections, you can save the overtime with the Save button in the upper right corner of the form. It is obligatory to fill in the sections indicated by the red * sign.

Overtime Update

Double-click on the relevant shift to update the information of an existing shift. You can enter the information you want to change in the Edit form (Figure 4) that opens and save your edit with the save button in the upper right corner.

Overtime Deletion

To delete overtime, click the delete mark on the far right of each listed overtime <img src="https://docsbimser.blob.core.windows.net/imagecontainer/hr-shift-5-1-e5455ae7-5617-47df-9085-48e20a64083b.png" />

You can use it. When you click on the delete sign, the deletion process will take place.

Overtime Filtering

You can filter the overtime in the overtime list according to Work Code, Work Name, Factor information.

When you click on the marked part shown in figure 5 in the search section of the Overtime name or Overtime code columns, a list will appear as in Figure 5. Here you can select the operators you want to use for filtering. If you do not want to change the default operator, you can search directly by entering your parameter.

When you click on the marked part shown in figure 6 in the search section in the factor column, a list like the one shown in figure 6 will appear. Here you can select the operators you want to use for filtering. You can enter your parameters according to the operator you choose and perform your filtering. If you do not want to change the default operator, you can search directly by entering your parameter.

Overtime Sorting

Simply click on the relevant column names to sort the overtime in the overtime table. For example, clicking on the Overtime name column will list all overtime alphabetically. When you click again, it will sort this list in reverse.
