Outlook Addon Installation

To install the Synergy Outlook Addon on your Windows device, you can use the following that you have downloaded from the link or that has been forwarded to you by the solution team Open the archive folder named SynergyOutlookAddınSetup.zip and select the contents Remove to any directory.

SynergyOutlookAddInSetup .msi extracted from the archive with MSI extension Run the setup package.

Follow the steps on the installer.

  Read and approve the end user agreement.

  You can start the installation process with Install.

When the installation process is complete, click the Finish button to open the installer You can turn it off.

! SynergyOutlookAddon app with New Outlook app does not work.

Please make sure you have the appropriate version of Outlook.

After the installation process is complete, run the Outlook application.

  If you can see the Synergy menu in the top menu as in the image, click Synergy The addon has been successfully installed.

  If you can't see it, go to the "File" menu at the top left.

Click on the Manage COM Add-ons option below.

If you are disabled in the add-ons menu as follows If you see the SynergyOutlookAddin app, you can always use this add-in Select the Activate option and press the Apply button. After Close the Outlook application and reopen it.
