Web Interface

Bimser Synergy Web Interface is a comprehensive interface environment where end users can use the projects developed in the development interface, start new processes and take actions related to the processes, carry out their system operations, and manage their documents in the document management section. The end user can see and use the fields offered in the interface within their authority.

Actions that can be performed on the web interface;

  • Opening the projects created in the development interface to use,
  • Follow-up of project action steps and realization of action taking operations,
  • Publishing general or special announcements and being aware of published announcements,
  • Designing the menu structure of the projects to be opened for use and defining the authorizations based on the menu node,
  • User account settings (language, regional settings, location, etc.) can be made,
  • To be able to define and manage proxy transactions between users,
  • Storage, management and authorization of system and user document assets,
  • Storing and managing the Human Resources data of the organization,
  • The history structure in which the works taken in the past, the works started and the notifications sent from the processes can be queried on a date-based basis,
  • Areas where the user can access his pending jobs, records saved as drafts, jobs started and notifications,
  • Message structure where users within the organization can communicate with each other,
  • Access to sent, incoming and deleted messages,
  • Access to the interface where system configurations will be made,
