Web Interface Overview
Log in to the web interface with your own username and password.
When logging in to the web interface, there is a Main Menu on the left side and the user is first presented with the Start page. On the Start page; There is a "Approvals" list that lists pending work on the person, a "Announcements" section that lists announcements that have been added by authorized users, either publicly or privately, a "Favorite Actions" section that lists the processes that the user uses the most, and a **"Recents" section, which lists the most recent documents that the user has viewed.
In the upper right corner of the screen, under the Settings menu, there is the IDE option to switch to the development interface, the Configuration Manager option where general system configurations are made, the Security option where authorization and security settings are made, and the Application Explorer option where the application menu authorization and editing operations are performed.
The Profile area includes the Powers of Attorneys and Access Keys section, the Personal Settings section, and the Regional Settings section where the language is selected to issue new proxies, view the powers of attorney given, and create and manage access keys. In addition, this field lists any power of attorney assigned to the person and can log out of the web interface with the Sign Out option. The Sign In On Behalf Of option appears only to users who are authorized to switch to another user's account. With this option, you are logged in with another user defined in the system and interface operations can be performed instead of that user.
The left menu is titled Document Management. Document Management; allowing the document assets owned by the organization to be stored in electronic environment, providing quick access to the searched documents with a strong filtering structure, allowing the changes of the documents to be stored on the basis of major and minor versions with the document versioning feature and observing the differences between the versions, providing traceable transaction history feature as a result of detailed logging of the transactions performed on the basis of storage, file and folder, It is a structure that contains many more capabilities such as detailed authorization for storage, file and folder on the basis of all HR assets.
In the left menu is the heading Human Resources. All Human Resources data of the organization are kept and managed under this heading. Users, Positions, Titles, Departments, Companies, User Groups, Company Administrators, Admin Keys, The Feature Definitions of the records and the Organization Maintenance headings are located under Human Resources.
Under the heading of Workflow Management; Pending Jobs section where the tasks waiting for action to be taken are listed on the user who is logged in to the interface, Notifications section where the notifications sent to the user about the Notification objects in the flow steps of the processes designed in the development interface are listed, Drafts section where the user can access the list of processes that the user has started and saved as drafts, Jobs I Create section where the user's initiated business processes are listed, past date There is a History section where records of pending jobs, notifications and jobs created can be accessed, and there is a Messages section where users within the organization can communicate with each other, access incoming, sent and deleted messages and create new messages.
Under Applications, there is a list of projects that have been designed and published in the development interface. The project titles that users can see in this list are determined by authorizations. By clicking on a project under the Applications heading, the user can start a process according to the scenario performed in the design of the project, include the process he / she has initiated in the approval mechanism with an action request, fill out and save a form or view a generated archive report.
