Human Resources

The information of all personnel in the organization, the title and position definitions of the personnel, the departments within the organization and the companies belonging to the organization generally constitute the structure of an organization.

All these elements that make up the structure of the organization are transferred to the system and the processes carried out within the organization are ensured to proceed through the system with real definition equivalents.

Each organizational entity that will use the system and take part in the system must be defined in the system. Many operations such as users can log in to the system, take part in the processes in the system, user, position, title, department-based role and authority definitions are carried out through the organizational entities defined in the system. These human resources data are used to obtain traceable systems through whom business processes will be advanced, who takes which actions in the system, and individual or department-based performance reports.

In order to be able to manage the structure of an organization, there is a need for a structure in which all this information is held and can be managed.

The processes of hosting and managing the existing elements of the organization are carried out from the "Human Resources" interface.
