Admin Switches
If users in the organization have administrators belonging to different administrator profiles, all these administrator profile definitions are kept under this heading.
If no administrator key is defined on the system, there is a default (default admin key that comes by default. Supervisor selections for user definitions under Users are made through the default supervisor key.

A user can have the definition of supervisor in multiple different profiles, such as default supervisor is a different person, technical supervisor is a different person, operational supervisor is a different person. In organizations with this structure, the Admin Key header is used to define multiple supervisors in different profiles for a user. Each supervisor profile definition that the user has should be defined under this heading as different administrator keys.
When clicking the Admin Keys heading under the Human Resources menu, the default admin key is added by the system when no records are added yet.
When you want to add a new administrator key, press the **"New" button in the upper left corner of the screen.
The fields on the Admin Key identification screen and the descriptions of these fields are as follows;

When the fields on the Administrator Key identification screen are filled in and the Save button is pressed, the relevant administrator key is added to the system.

After that, when you want to add a new user under the Users heading, a record for the newly added Admin Key is opened in the window that opens or under the Supervisors heading in the details of an existing user definition. This also makes the supervisor definitions for the users' new admin key profile selectable.
