Workflow Management

It is the area where the approvals given by all users in the processes within the system, the information from the processes, the drafts, the transactions they have created / approved in the past are shown.

When the Workflow Management menu is opened after logging in on the web aea face, the processes that the user has previously performed and are in are listed in the fields within the menu.

Workflow Management and the display of processes within it depend on the authority.

Pending Jobs

It is the area where the processes that the user must perform operations (Approve, Reject, Revise, Sign, etc.) are listed in the system. The processes shown within the field are also shown in the Approvals section on the user's home page.

Clicking the Pending Jobs tab in the My Workflow Management panel opens a new panel, showing Project Name - Flow Name and how many processes in the user's approval are. If there is more than one flow in the project, each flow, if any, is shown its own different row. (For example, the votes of different flows for a project, such as "Permission Request Form - Flow1" and "Permission Request Process - Flow2", can be shown.)
