Compulsory Field Construction in Special Code

The mandatory field is the part that is used if any of the special code fields are required to be filled in compulsorily.

It is an operation that can be done in the work order and work request fields.

'Add' should be pressed if a new mandatory field is to be added, 'Change' if an edit is to be made for a mandatory field, 'Delete' if there is a mandatory field that is requested to be deleted.

Property name field: Whichever customcode field is intended to be made compulsory, that custom code is selected.

When the mandatory tiki is active, the special code field gives a mandatory warning.

Data is selected from the Work Type, Department, Maintenance Code, Work Order Type, or Work Order Status fields under which conditions the field is desired to become mandatory.

Record In Use field: if the mandatory field is in use, it is ticked, if it is not desired to be used, the tick must be removed.
