WHAT IS THE STATUS DATE?

Scenario: It is desired to track the duration of the first response to the failure. In other words, when the authorized person is assigned to the work order responsible, it is desired to follow how long the responsible person has intervened in the work order.

In our scenario, the work order/work request was opened in step 1. In step 2, the responsible person was assigned. In step 3, the responsible person began to intervene (perform maintenance) in the work. In the meantime, we can follow the elapsed time from the status history field.

If I click on the related work order and click on the status history from the additional properties area:

What situations (statuses) have been experienced with my work order. On what date and time was my work order opened, at what date and time was my supervisor assigned, and at what date and time did my supervisor start maintenance on the work order. I can observe the intervening time in the status history area.
