Active Directory Username or Password Invalid Error
If only one user is having a login problem as in the attached image, I ask you to follow the procedure below;
-The System Administrator should check the active-passive status of the user from the User Personnel Identification screen,
- If the user is active, the user logon username information should be compared with the LDAP-Active Directory side by clicking change without defining the personnel,
-If the username information matches correctly, the user may have the LogonTo setting on the Active Directory side, this setting should not be made.
-The user's Active Directory password may have expired, that is, the password may have expired, this should be checked.
