Incorrect/Incomplete Data from the Integration

The data reflected in QDMS with the integration comes from the source that you have transmitted as a data source. This data source can be a View, Web Service, API, SAP RFC, or service data transferred by you to QDMS services. First of all, the data source should be checked and the raw data should be compared with the QDMS data. An incorrect data on the data source will be reflected incorrectly when the integration to QDMS is triggered. After the incorrect data is corrected or the missing data is added in the data source and the integration is triggered, the data will be reflected in the QDMS. In addition, if there is more than one data defined in a code field (department, workplace, position...), then the latest code and definition from the data source will be reflected in QDMS. In this case, you can check whether the codes are unique from the data source.
