If there is a problem with a single user, the following steps do not need to be checked.

-System Administrator should check the active-passive status of the user from the Personnel Identification screen of a user,

-If the user is active, the user logon username information should be compared with the LDAP-Active Directory side by clicking change without defining the staff,

If the -username information also matches correctly, the LogonTo setting may be set on the user by Active Directory, this setting should not be made.

-The user's active directory password may have expired, this must be checked.
