Regarding the approval flow error in the External Customer Complaint module Registration Closing phase

System Infrastructure-BSAT-Config. On the Settings-Sub-Module Identification screen, note the approval policy of the field with Module ID 6, Submodule No 2, Then go to System Infrastructure-BSAT-Config. On the Settings-Flow definition screen, type in the Flow Definition section. Click Change incoming field to open it. Take a screenshot of this screen and, System Infrastructure-BSAT-Config. On the Settings-Role definition screen, paste the role number(s) you saw on the previous screen into the Role No section, then open it by saying change and we kindly ask you to forward the screenshots of these screens to our support team.
