Reading Task Does Not Fall When the Document Is Published
When a document is published, the system sends a distribution mail and a reading task based on the distribution matrix of the document, not the distribution matrix of the folder. Therefore, you can check whether the relevant document is present in the distribution matrix from the document record maintenance menu. If it is found,
In the Document Tracking Report >
EYS >
Document Operations >
Reports, you can see the personnel who enter the document code as a filter and have the task of reading. From this report, you can see whether the user's read task has been dropped. If the user is not included in this report,
Users who do not have a reading task are parametrically deducted if they prepare/revise, check or approve the document. If the document parameters 212 for the Prepare/Revise are no, 70 for the Controller, and 53 for the Approvers, the relevant users will not be able to read.
In addition to these, with the document parameter no. 164, it is possible to prevent the task of reading on the basis of the registry, and with the parameters no. 330 and 340, on the basis of the user group. It is also necessary to check the relevant parameters. If there was no reading task at these stages, the user did not have a reading task because the document was not defined in the distribution matrix when it was published.
