DOCUMENT CODE CHANGER ERROR THIS CODE IS AVAILABLE IN THE SYSTEM

I get the error "This code is present in the system." in the document code changer. However, there is no such document in the system.

If this error is received in the document code changer, it means that the new code to be given in the system has been used. To check this,

1-The new document code to be given is kept.

2-Integrated Management System > Document Operations > Reports > Document Status Report are opened. In the document search tab, the document code held in the document code field is written and searched.

The document in the example does not appear in the system because it is pending. Therefore, this code is still kept in the system and cannot be given to another document.
