Autocode counter is faulty, please check the counter

In risk-based modules, the update of the risk counter could be skipped by the user when a bulk transfer was made, or the system could define the same RDFD code when the risk main form counter was lagging behind. In order to prevent this situation, an adjustment was made to the current version.

It will be enough to apply the process steps I have provided below once to solve the warning you have received;

Related Risk Module > Risk Assessment Form > EYS Select the main form you received the warning from by coming to the Identification menu and press the details button. On the screen that opens, check which code your risk detail form last received. So you will need to check the largest RDFD code. For example, suppose this value is RD.003.0050. In other words, we can interpret that the meter has finally remained at 50.

After; Define the Risk Assessment Form > the Risk Module Related to the IMS > and press the "Update" button. Finally, on the screen that opens, it will be enough to type 50 in the "Automatic Code Counter" field and press the save button.

In addition, if you are experiencing the problem in modules running in the structure of event notification, deviation management, etc.;

Related Module > Integrated management system > All Records (menu name may vary in your environment) go to the menu. On the screen that opens, check which code the records last received. So you will need to check the largest RDFD code. For example, suppose this value is 4400.0151. In other words, we can interpret that the meter has finally remained at 151.

After; SAT > BSAT > Configuration Settings > Parameters menu select the relevant module and press the search button.

In the "Event Notification Detail Counter" parameter value number 4, write the value 151 you have noted.

After that, the automatic code counter will pick up where it left off.
