QDMS Unsafe Content - Inability to Download Files

The problem is that the address appears to be unsafe content. At this stage, your IT team will not warn the files downloaded from the address if they add the browser setting I mentioned in the picture to the policy settings.  Apart from this, the problem is experienced only in http defined addresses. If the address is switched to SSL (https), the problem will be solved permanently.
