Defining a Process Maturity Assessment

System Definitions>Process management The new Process Maturity Level is defined in the Process Maturity Assessment menu. The weight of the maturity value is determined. With the plus button, maturity assessment levels and score values are added. Maturity assessment calculation is made in the form of score * weight.

From the System Definitions>Process management > Process step types menu, the Maturity Value defined by the process types is associated with whichever process type the Process Maturity Value will be used.

For the relevant type of process, the Process Maturity Value level selection is made from the process detail. The maturity levels added to the process are summed by multiplying the scores by weight and the total maturity value is obtained.

If the 'Use Average Account at Process Maturity Value' parameter in the system parameters is activated, the total value is obtained by averaging the maturity values added to the process detail.
