What is the Process Review Task?

The review is for the recall of the Processes periodically to some desired users in order to maintain the timeliness of the process.

The review period is determined from the detail page of each process. The "Default Review Period (Months)" parameter can be used to specify a default period for all newly created processes.

Based on the review deadline, the review task is listed as a task on the pending work of the user(s) specified in the "To Whom the Review Task Goes (S=Process Owner, R=Revision By, H=Prepared by, L=Limited Authorization)" parameter.

The relevant user will have updated the last review date by clicking on the update button on the relevant process in pending work.

It is not mandatory to make changes when the review task is due.

The review task is meant to remind users to check the existence and timeliness of the process.
