Corrective Action Dissemination Feature

SAT > CAPA > CAPA Parameters No. 163 "Will there be dissemination in CAPA transactions?" If the parameter "Yes" is determined and saved, it will ensure that it is disseminated on the basis of department or workplace, regardless of its current status.

While changes can be made within the scope of the relationship of the selected CAPA with the Customer / Supplier / Department, the CAPA can be disseminated through selections through the Team leader, Responsible Department and Workplace. It is ensured that the Team Leader selected on this page continues from this status if the Progress report stage of the relevant CAPs is used, or proceeds from the Root Cause Analysis stage in cases where the progress report is not used, and a task is created for the team leader.
