Shift

Thanks to the Shift application, you can easily define shifts, view, edit and delete existing shifts.

To access Shift Management, you can select the shift application under the Human Resources menu as shown in Figure 1.

From the screen that appears, you can add new shifts, view existing shifts, filter, sort and delete any shift from the Shift screen.

Adding Shifts

To add a shift, click the New button on the Shift screen. (Figure 2)

As in Figure 3, the Create Shift form will open on the right side of the screen.

On the Create screen, you can fill in the Shift Code, Shift name, Time Range, Break Time and Time zone sections for the shift you want to create. The Total Time part will be calculated automatically based on the information you have entered. Fill in the relevant sections and click Save in the upper right corner of the form

You can save the Shift with the button. It is obligatory to fill in the sections indicated by the red * sign.

Shift Update

To update the information for an existing shift, double-click on that shift. You can enter the information you want to change in the Edit form (Figure 4) that opens and save your edit with the save button in the upper right corner.

Shift Deletion

To delete a shift, click the delete mark on the far right of each of the listed shifts <img src="https://docsbimser.blob.core.windows.net/imagecontainer/hr-shift-5-1-e5455ae7-5617-47df-9085-48e20a64083b.png" />

You can use it. When you click on the delete sign, the deletion process will take place.

Shift Filtering

You can filter the shifts in the shift list by Shift Code, Shift Name, Start and End Time information. When you click on the marked part shown in figure 5 in the search section in the Shift name or Shift code columns, a list will appear as in figure 5. Here you can select the operators you want to use for filtering. If you do not want to change the default operator, you can search directly by entering your parameter.

When you click on the marked part shown in figure 6 in the search section of the start time and end time columns, a list like the one shown in figure 6 will appear. Here you can select the operators you want to use for filtering. You can enter your parameters according to the operator you choose and perform your filtering. If you do not want to change the default operator, you can search directly by entering your parameter.

Shift Sorting

To sort the shifts in the shift table, simply click on the corresponding column names. For example, clicking on the Shift name column will list all shifts alphabetically. Click again and the job will sort this list in reverse. The same is true for sorting by start and end times.
