Shipping Formats
Sending formats can be used as content formats in e-mail or sms sending functions.
The purpose of using a delivery format is to use a single format for many functions and to make changes from one place when necessary, and to ensure that this is automatically applied to all functions where the corresponding format is used.
To be able to access the Submission Formats;
You can access it through the Maintenance Management>Definitions>Shipping Formats menu.
Sending Type = Refers to how the sending will be done (E-mail, SMS) Delivery Format Code = The code information to be given for the delivery format code definition. A numeric value or a Text can be entered. Delivery Format Definition = The definition information for the delivery format code. Subject = The field that specifies the subject of the post. Format = The field where the content of the post is written. Record In Use = Indicates whether the shipping format is active or not. If this field is unchecked, a new record for this delivery format code cannot be opened.
