OPENING A JOB REQUEST
STEP 1
WE HAVE ENCOUNTERED A MALFUNCTION IN THE FIELD AND WE WILL NOTIFY THE SYSTEM TO FIX IT. WE MUST CREATE A REQUEST IN THE SYSTEM TO FIX THE FAULT. WE OPEN THE REQUEST SCREEN BY PRESSING THE "FAULT / REQUEST" BUTTON.
STEP 2
WHEN WE ENCOUNTER A MALFUNCTION IN THE FIELD, IF THE PRODUCTION OF THE EQUIPMENT HAS STOPPED, THE "I HAVE STOPPED PRODUCTION" BUTTON SHOULD BE PRESSED. IF PRODUCTION IS IN PROGRESS, IF THERE IS NO STOPPAGE, THE "PRODUCTION IN PROGRESS" BUTTON SHOULD REMAIN SELECTED. IF THE FAULT IS IN A NON-PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT, "NO PRODUCTION" MUST BE MARKED. I GIVE AN EXAMPLE: IF THE COMPUTER, SCREEN, ETC. EQUIPMENT IS NOT "PRODUCING", "NO PRODUCTION" SHOULD BE SELECTED.
STEP 3
WHICHEVER ENTITY ENCOUNTERED THE FAULT, THE RELEVANT ASSET IS SELECTED FROM THE "ASSET CODE" TAB.
STEP 4
WHICHEVER TEAM WILL INTERVENE IN THE MALFUNCTION EXPERIENCED BY THE ASSET, THE RELEVANT TEAM SELECTION IS MADE FROM THE "BUSINESS TYPE" AREA.
I GIVE AN EXAMPLE: WHETHER THE OPERATION TEAM, THE ADMINISTRATIVE AFFAIRS TEAM, THE MAINTENANCE-REPAIR TEAM WILL INTERVENE, I WILL TELL THE SYSTEM THIS INFORMATION FROM THE "WORK TYPE" FIELD.
STEP 5
I WILL FURTHER ELABORATE ON MY REQUEST THAT NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED IN THE MAINTENANCE FAULT CODE AREA. I CHOOSE WHETHER THIS IS "ELECTRICAL WORK, MECHANICAL WORK, ASSEMBLY/DISASSEMBLY WORK, CONSTRUCTION WORK".
STEP 6
IN THE FIELD OF CLAIM DESCRIPTION, IT IS AN AREA WHERE I CAN TELL IN DETAIL WHICH ASSET IT IS, EXACTLY WHAT THE FAULT IS.
STEP 7
I TAKE A PHOTO OF THE MALFUNCTION FROM THE DEVICE IN MY HAND. I ADD THE PICTURE OF THE FAULT TO THE REQUEST I OPENED WITH THE + BUTTON ON THE CONNECTED DOCUMENTS TAB.
WHEN I PRESS THE + BUTTON TO ADD A PHOTO, THE TAB THAT OPENS "..." (ELLIPSIS) I CLICK ON THE FIELD.
I PRESS THE "BROWSE" BUTTON TO SELECT MY PHOTO FROM MY GALLERY.
AFTER SELECTING THE PHOTO, I PRESS THE "UPLOAD" BUTTON.
STEP 8
BY PRESSING THE SAVE BUTTON, I SAVE AND OPEN MY REQUEST.
