Mass Maintenance Date Update

Description

Collective Maintenance Date Update is a page that is used to update the maintenance date in the periodic maintenance created on the periodic maintenance definitions page.

Access

Application

When you access this page, you will view the maintenance plans. In order to make a bulk selection, you can edit the filter fields in the table or the filter field on the right, if necessary.

Afterwards, the check boxes at the beginning of the periodic maintenance that you want to update the maintenance date should be checked. If you want to select all of the periodic maintenance in the incoming list, you can check the box shown in orange in the picture at the level of the column header.

Afterwards, click on the "Update Maintenance Date" button marked with number 2 to open the date selection screen. Select the date to which you want the periodic maintenance you have marked here to be updated and tick the apply button. After this process, check the relevant column.

Application 2

At the same time, it is possible to select and change the date of first maintenance, last maintenance date and date to be serviced on this page by clicking on the record one by one.

As can be seen in the picture above, there are two buttons for excel transfer on the page. 1) Export to Excel: Using this button, you can download the template file filled to change the date data. Save the opened file by changing only the date information. 2) Export from Excel: After the process in step 1 is completed, select and apply the modified file with this button
