Central Bank Exchange Rate Configuration

When the System > System parameter field is searched as 'exchangerate', the fields that appear must be filled.

The added URL must be allowed to access from the server.

If permission is not granted, the regulations do not have an effect.

After the arrangements are made, the server service Beam's agent service should be restarted.
