WHAT IS STATUS?
HOW DO I ADD STATUS ON BEAM AND RECEIVE INFORMATION ON STATUSES?
Statuses allow us to get information about the current status of work orders. In my relevant work order, I can learn the data such as whether the maintenance has started, the maintenance has been completed, the commissioning has been commissioned, the responsible has been assigned from the "status" field. Such data is automatically added to the system and has defaults. Finding the defaults of the statuses means that the status of the job is automatically changed without manually entering any data within the relevant job. For example, if an employee comes to the job and says "I started this job", it automatically updates the job status to "work started". There is no need for working personnel to step in and pull the status to "started work" status
In this document, we will focus on the addition of a non-default status to the system.

''The process is started with the add button in the Statuses area.
On the Status type tab, on which pages this status will be used, a selection is made. It is usually the Order/Request Status tab that is commonly used. The status code is written. The important thing is the "status definition" field. In work orders or work requests, the status of the work is written in the "status definition" field if it is desired to specify.
For example, I am waiting for materials in work orders. The working personnel are requested to choose this status within the work order, we will first introduce it to the system and make the selection. For this reason, we wrote "waiting for material" in the status definition field.
This status is a status in which the employee will specify the status of the job by making a manual selection on the relevant work order. For this reason, it should not make any selection from the "defaults" tab.
WHAT DO WE DO IF WE WANT TO ADD A DEFAULT STATUS TO THE SYSTEM?
DEFAULT IS ALWAYS CHECKED IF PRESENT
The function of the default in statuses is that when we perform any action on the work order, the job automatically changes its status (status).
These defaults occur in certain situations. For example, the "I stopped production" option was checked and recorded in the work. It will update the job status to "production stopped" without the need to make changes in the status field.
WHAT SHOULD BE DONE IF I WANT TO RECEIVE NOTIFICATIONS THROUGH STATUSES?
If you want to receive notifications through the system, the "send message" expression must be checked from the defaults tab
I introduce the people who will be informed about the relevant status to the system via "e-mail / sms table"
