Defining a Parametric Field in the Language Settings Menu in the Audit Activity Module User Help Document

1.System Infrastructure Definitions

It is the menu where personnel information is defined and the infrastructure required for other modules is constructed.

1.1.Configuration Settings

Menu Name: System Infrastructure Definitions/ BSAT/ Configuration Settings

These are the menus where special settings are made in the QDMS system. The settings made in these menus are common to all QDMS users.

1.1.1. Language Settings

Menu Name: System Infrastructure Definitions/ BSAT/ Configuration Settings/ Language Settings

From the language settings menu, the names of the menus and fields seen on the QDMS can be changed. New fields can be added to modules. The requirement status of existing fields can be edited. The order in which fields appear on the screen can be changed.

1.1.1.1. Audit Activity Module Create New Field for Common Use

In the Audit Activity Module, extra fields that are not in the system requested by the company can be defined on the Audit Plans menu, Audit Plans-Audits-New Registration screen, Other Information-Findings tabs in the Pending Audits and Unplanned Audits menus. These defined fields apply to all Control Activities Module resources. System Infrastructure Definitions/BSAT/ Configuration Settings/Language Settings menu is clicked. On the Language Settings page that opens, "Audit Activity" is selected in the Module field and the language definitions related to the Audit Activity are displayed on the screen.

In the Audit Activities Module, when the Perform Audit button is clicked in the Integrated Management System```>Audit Activity\>Pending Audits menu, the parametric field is defined from the Language settings on the other information tab and on the findings tab and when the New button is clicked on the Findings tab. Integrated Management System\>Audit Activity\>Unplanned Audits Perform Audit when clicking the next button- Updating Record, Other information tab and Findings tab When clicking the New button, parametric field definition is also performed from the Language settings in the finding identification menu. In addition, the parametric field definitions made in the language settings are displayed in the Audit Plans-Audits-New Registration screen opened when the Audit Plans-Audits button is clicked when the Audit Plans-Audits button is clicked in the Integrated Management System\>Audit Activity\>```Audit Plans menu, and parametric field definitions are made for this screen. In short, parametric field type definitions are made in the language settings of Pending Audits in the Audit Activities Module, Other information and Finding tabs for Unplanned Audits, in the Audit Plans menu, in the Audits -New Registration screens. In the language settings made, the definition provides common use for menus.

Parametric Type Fields Defined in the Audit Activity Module and Their Definitions;

1-Date type: The calendar field is the parametric field to which it is added. 2-List type: A single selection is made from multiple list elements. List elements are defined and selected in the defined list elements. 3-Text type: A parametric field that adds a text box that allows manual typing. 4-Text (Multi-Line)Type : It is a parametric field that adds a multi-line text box with no character limit that allows manual typing. 5- Unit of Measurement Type: It is a parametric field that makes data entry as a measurement. Next to the defined parametric field is the field from which Units of Measurement is selected. Units of measurement in the Units of measurement selection area are the units of measurement defined in the System Infrastructure Definitions```>```>BSAT\Definitions```>```Units of Measurement Definition menu. 6-Monetary Type: A parametric field that makes data entry in monetary terms. Next to the defined parametric field is the field where currencies are selected. The currencies in the Currencies selection area are the currencies defined in the System Infrastructure Definitions```>BSAT\>Definitions\>```Currencies Definition menu. To enter the list values of a list-type field Click the (New) button, type the list values and save them. The list element is defined for a value of 1.

The list element value is defined for 2.

Whether the field will be mandatory or not, by defining the sequence no information and list elements and filling in the required fields(Save) button is clicked to record the list-type parametric field definition.

The defined List-type parametric field is displayed on the Other Information tab on the Perform Audit-Update Record screen, which is opened by clicking the Perform Audit button in the Integrated Management System```>Audit Activity\>```Pending Audits menu.

A field definition is made to the listed Monetary type parametric fields.

1.1.1.1.1.3. Parametric Area types defined in language settings Display Remove from Screen

In Step 1, the screen with the parametric area opens. In the example, the Integrated Management System```>Audit Activity\>```Pending Audits menu is displayed on the Other Information tab on the Perform Audit-Update Record screen, which is opened by clicking the Perform Audit button.

2. After the screen with the Parametric Area is displayed in the stage, the name of the parametric field is copied with the Right Click/Copy command by selecting any field in the example. Example:Description of the Control

3. At the stage>, the Audit Activity Module is selected as the Module on the screen opened by clicking the System Infrastructure Definitions\BSAT```>Configuration Settings\>```Language settings menu. The Text type parametric field defined from the copied Language settings is pasted with the right click/paste command in the EN field on the grid screen.

To display the content of the field by selecting the Parametric field with Text Type type in the 4th stage (change) button is clicked.

In Step 5, delete the value portion of the text typed field that displays the content(Save) button to remove the text type field defined in the Language Settings menu.

The removal process in the language settings menu of other parametric field types defined in System Infrastructure Definitions/BSAT/Configuration Settings is the same. On the Perform Audit-Update Recording screen, which is opened by clicking the Perform Audit button in the Integrated Management System```>Audit Activity\>```Pending Audits menu, the text type field defined on the Other Information tab is removed.
