1.Adding Parametric Fields to Reports in PPE Module and Tags Used in Reports

In the PPE Module, parametric fields are added to the reports. The process steps for adding parametric fields to the Embezzlement List Report and the list of tags (shortcodes) in the Embezzlement List report are included in this help document.

1.1.Display of Parametric Field Types in PPE Module in Embezzlement List Report

In order to show the parametric fields added to the Embezzlement List report from the PPE Module reports, it is necessary to first make the infrastructure setup in the System Infrastructure Definitions section. In the process of editing the infrastructure, Field definition, Function Dizer and Report Formats Editing menus are used. In field definition, the process of defining the fields to be added to the tags in the Report format template is done. These fields, defined in the Function Layout, are correlated so that the functions are displayed on the pages. In the Integrated Management System ```>PPE \>```Embezzlement transactions menu, the field values of the parametric field types displayed in the "Embezzlement", "Embezzlement Control" and "Embezzlement Back" menus of the fields associated with the pages of the functions of the Function Dispenser are entered. After the information entries of the parametric field types are made, you go to the Report Formats Editing menu. In the Edit menu of Report Formats Embezzlement List report format "ZIMMET_LISTESI.xlsx" is downloaded. The tags of the parametric fields defined in the Field Definition menu are written to the downloaded ZIMMET_LISTESI.xlsx" report format by looking at the field codes defined in the Function Renderer menu. The spelling of the labels of the field codes according to which function and which parametric field type is in the table below.

For example, if the field code in the Function Dizer menu of a field of type List is FIELD4, the report format template of Field tag<VER_ALAN4_ACK\>``` should be added. Report format "ZIMMET_LISTESI.xlsx" after writing the parametric fields in the form of tags to the template to the report format is saved to the computer with the same name. The format of the Embezzlement List Report with the same name recorded is uploaded to the system again in the Report formats editing menu.

After uploading the template of the Report format of the Embezzlement List Report, go to the menu of Integrated Management System```> Personal Protective Equipment\>Reports\>```Embezzlement List Report. On the Embezzlement Tracking screen that opens, in the filter tab, it is ensured that the PPE in which the field values are entered in the Embezzlement Transactions are listed from the search criteria. While the listed PPE is selected (Export to Excel) button is clicked. In the report received in Excel format, it is seen that the field information comes from the "Embezzlement", "Embezzlement Control" and "Embezzlement Undo" screen entered in the section where the tags of the parametric fields are located and the tags work.

1.1.1.System Infrastructure Descriptions/Personal Protective Equipment

It is the part of the Embezzlement List report where the infrastructure structure of the parametric field addition process is designed. Field Definition and Function Dizanyer menus are used for infrastructure construction. In addition, the Report Formats Editing menu is also used in the System Infrastructure Definitions Module to download the Report format template and upload the tagged template to the downloaded report format with the same name to the system. Type identification, PPE Identification, Embezzlement Reasons, Embezzlement Control Reasons and Embezzlement Reasons menus are used to enter the information of the defined field values. The menus used to enter the information of the defined field values are used to perform an Embezzlement, Embezzlement Control and Embezzlement Undo operations in the menu Integrated Management System```> Personal Protective Equipment \>``` Embezzlement.

1.1.1.1. Field Definition

Menu Name: System Infrastructure Descriptions/Personal Protective Equipment/Area Identification

Function It is the menu where the fields to be shown on the pages of the menus in the Dizanyer menu are defined. For the Embezzlement List Report, fields are defined for the functions "PPE Embezzlement", "PPE Embezzlement", and "PPE Embezzlement". These field parametric field definitions are parametric field types such as text, numeric, list, personnel.

Defining fields for functions:

"PPE Definition" means performing text-type field identification;

To add a field with the text type "PPE Definition" to the list, click ! Clicking the (New) button displays the Field Identification\New Registration screen.

On the field definition screen, after the required fields are filled in by selecting text in the field type field, click ! By clicking the (Save) button, the text-typed field identification registration process is performed.

"PPE Type" list type field identification process;

To add a "PPE Type" list-type field to the list, click ! Clicking the (New) button displays the Field Identification\New Registration screen.

On the field definition screen, after the required fields are filled in by selecting the list type in the Field type field, click ! By clicking the (Save) button, the list-type field definition registration process is performed.

With the "PPE type" field selected to add values to the "PPE Type" list type field! Clicking the (Values) button brings up the screen where the values of the field will be introduced.

: Clicking the New button starts the process of defining a new value. If desired (Download Template) and ! With the (Upload Template) buttons, field values can be transferred to the system in bulk. (Download template) button downloads the system template to the computer. The relevant template is filled in by the users ! When uploaded to the system with the (upload template) button, all field values in the template will be transferred to the system.

After the required fields are filled, click the ! By clicking the (Save) button, the value identification process is performed.

The list elements (values) of the "PPE type" list-type field are all defined in the same way.

"PPE Officer" Performing the personnel type area identification process;

To add the "PPE Officer" Personnel type field to the list, click ! Clicking the (New) button displays the Field Identification\New Registration screen.

On the field definition screen, after selecting Personnel in the field type field and filling in the required fields, click ! By clicking the (Save) button, the Personnel type field identification registration process is performed.

"Department of the PPE Officer" Performing the department-type field identification process;

To add the "PPE Officer's Department" Department-type field to the list, click the "Department of the PPE Officer" in the upper right corner of the screen! Clicking the (New) button displays the Field Identification\New Registration screen.

On the field definition screen, after the required fields are filled in by selecting the "Department" type in the Field type field, click ! By clicking the (Save) button, the "Department" type field definition registration process is performed.

"PPE Issue Time" Performing the time-type field identification process;

To add the "PPE Issued Time" clock-type field to the list, click ! Clicking the (New) button displays the Field Identification\New Registration screen.

After the required fields are filled in by selecting the "Time" type in the Field type field on the field definition screen, click ! By clicking the (Save) button, the "Clock" type field definition registration process is performed.

"PPE Detail" Text multi-line type field identification operation;

To add a "PPE Detail" Text Multi-Line type field to the list, click on the top right corner of the screen! Clicking the (New) button displays the Field Identification\New Registration screen.

On the field definition screen, the "Text Multiline" type is selected in the Field type field and after filling in the required fields, click ! By clicking the (Save) button, the "Text Multiline" type field definition registration process is performed.

Within the functions of "Give PPE Embezzlement", "PPE Embezzlement Control", "Get PPE Embezzlement", PPE Responsible's Department and PPE Detail fields will be used as common fields in the Function Sequencer menu.

1.1.1.2.Function Designer

Menu Name: System Infrastructure Descriptions/PPE/ Function Designer

In the Field Definition menu, after the process of defining the fields to be added to the report format template, click the System Infrastructure Definitions```>PPE\>```Function Designer menu. The function that opens has 4 functions to add to the fields to be defined on the Dizanyer screen. Of these functions, the functions to be used for the Embezzlement List Report are "Give PPE Embezzlement", "PPE Embezzlement Control" and "Get PPE Embezzlement". The process of associating the defined fields with these functions pages in the Function Dizer menu is done in this menu. For the Embezzlement List Report, the fields defined by these 3 functions are associated with the pages of the function. After associating the defined fields with the 3 function pages, it is ensured that they are displayed on the screens in the Embezzlement, Embezzlement Control and Embezzlement Undo process stage in the Embezzlement Transactions menu.

Associating the fields defined for the "Embezzlement PPE" function No. 2 with the sheet of the respective function;

: Clicking the Fields button opens the screen where the fields will be associated with the relevant function.

Fields to be used in the respective function (New) is determined by clicking the button.

On the screen that opens, the field information is selected from the list, and a mandatory field defines the message that the user will encounter when he does not fill in this field. After all the required fields are filled, click ! By clicking the (Save) button, the association with the function pages for the respective field is performed. All the required fields are thus added to the respective function. As seen below, next to the Field ID is the Area Code section. This is the code that allows the Embezzlement List report to be edited by adding the tag to the report format template of the report in the form of <VER_ALAN1```>``` etc. in these field edits.

The fields to be used in the respective function are all the same (New) is determined by clicking the button.

In the "Embezzlement PPE" Function, the tag in the form of <VER_ALAN2_ACK```>``` for list-type fields such as list, personnel and department, for example, for the "PPE type" list-type field, is added to the report format of the Embezzlement List report.

Associating the fields defined for function 3 "PPE Embezzlement Check" with the page of the respective function;

: Clicking the Fields button opens the screen where the fields will be associated with the relevant function.

Fields to be used in the respective function (New) is determined by clicking the button.

On the screen that opens, the field information is selected from the list, and a mandatory field defines the message that the user will encounter when he does not fill in this field. After all the required fields are filled, click ! By clicking the (Save) button, the association with the pages of the function for the corresponding field is performed. All the required fields are thus added to the respective function. As seen below, next to the Field ID is the Area Code section. This is the code that allows editing the Embezzlement List report by adding the tag to the report format template for parametric fields with text type <KON_ALAN6```>``` in these field arrangements.

The fields to be used in the respective function are all the same (New) is determined by clicking the button.

In the "PPE Embezzlement Control" Function, the list is added to the report format of the Embezzlement List report in the form of <KON_ALAN3_ACK```>``` for the list-type areas such as personnel and department, for example, "PPE Officer".

Associating the fields defined for the "Get PPE Embezzlement" function number 4 with the sheet of the corresponding function;

: Clicking the Fields button opens the screen where the fields will be associated with the relevant function.

Fields to be used in the respective function (New) is determined by clicking the button.

On the screen that opens, the field information is selected from the list, and a mandatory field defines the message that the user will encounter when he does not fill in this field. After all the required fields are filled, click ! By clicking the (Save) button, the association process is performed with the function's pages for the corresponding field. All the required fields are thus added to the respective function. As seen below, next to the Field ID is the Area Code section. This is the code that allows the Embezzlement List report to be edited by adding the tag to the report format template for parametric fields with text type <AL_ALAN6```>``` in these field arrangements.

The fields to be used in the respective function are all the same (New) is determined by clicking the button.

In the "Get PPE Embezzlement" Function, the tag is added to the report format of the Embezzlement List report in the form of <AL_ALAN3_ACK```>``` for list-type fields such as list, personnel and department, for example, "PPE Officer" personnel type field.

1.1.2.Entering the values of the fields to be tagged in the embezzlement list report format

In order to enter the values of the fields to be tagged in the Embezzlement List Report format, "Embezzlement", "Embezzlement Control" and "Embezzlement Back" operations are performed in the Embezzlement Transactions menu. Since the fields defined in the Field Definition menu are associated with these functions pages in the function sequencer menu, the field values are displayed on the Embezzlement, Embezzlement Control and Embezzlement Undo screens in the Embezzlement Transactions menu. The information for these displayed field values is entered. In order to perform the Embezzlement, Embezzlement Control and Embezzlement Back operations in this Embezzlement Operations menu, it is necessary to first make the infrastructure setup in the System Infrastructure definitions. For the infrastructure structure of embezzlement transactions, it is necessary to perform Type Identification, PPE Identification, Embezzlement Reasons, Embezzlement Control Reasons and Embezzlement Withdrawal Reasons operations in the part of the system infrastructure definitions. After the infrastructure setup is defined, Embezzlement Operations are performed in the Integrated Management System.

1.1.2.1.Integrated Management System/Personal Protective Equipment

System Infrastructure Definitions```>``` In the Personal Protective Equipment section, the infrastructure structure is the part where the embezzlement transactions are carried out.

1.1.2.1.1.Embezzlement

Menu Name: Integrated Management System/Personal Protective Equipment/ Embezzlement

With this menu, the embezzlement transactions of the PPE to be given and followed up by the employees are made. Employees are automatically displayed. By selecting the personnel to be embezzled! Click the (Embezzlement) button and give PPE. The control process is performed with the Update button.

To add a new embezzlement by selecting the Embezzlement Staff, click the embezzlement in the top right corner of the screen! Clicking the (Embezzlement) button displays the Embezzlement Tracking/New Registration screen.

The parametric field types defined in the Field Definition menu and associated with the PPE Embezzlement page are displayed in the Function Designator menu. Information entries are made for these parametric field types displayed. The tags of these parametric field types will then be added to the report format and printed on the report. After filling in the required fields in the Embezzlement tab, click ! Registration is performed by clicking the (record) button.

Clicking the (Back) button returns to the home screen. On the main screen Untitled1 (Embezzlement Control) button and control procedures are performed for the selected personnel.

Untitled1 (Embezzlement Control) button is clicked.

The parametric field types defined in the Field Identification menu and associated with the PPE Embezzlement Control page are displayed in the Function Designator menu. Information entries are made for these parametric field types displayed. The tags of these parametric field types will then be added to the report format and printed on the report. By selecting the Check Reason ! Registration is performed by clicking the (record) button.

On the main screen Untitled1 (Embezzlement Undo) button performs embezzlement rollbacks for selected personnel.

The parametric field types defined in the Field Definition menu and associated with the PPE Embezzlement page are displayed in the Function Designator menu. Information entries are made for these parametric field types displayed. The tags of these parametric field types will then be added to the report format and printed on the report. By selecting the reason for delivery information ! Registration is performed by clicking the (record) button.

1.2.3.Embezzlement List Adding Tags of Parametric Fields Defined to the Report Format of the Report

Menu Name: System Infrastructure Definitions/BSAT/ Configuration Settings/Edit Report Formats

To add the tags of the parametric fields where the Embezzlement List Report is defined, go to the System Infrastructure Definitions```>BSAT\> Configuration Settings\>```Report Formats Editing menu. Qdms is the menu from which all reports are loaded.

! By clicking the (View) button, the report format template (ZIMMET_LISTESI.xlsx) of the Embezzlement List Report is downloaded to the computer.

While the functions in the Function Dizer are selected in the Function Designator after the fields defined in the Field Definition are associated with the corresponding pages in the Function Dizanyer menu(Fields) The field codes that pop up when the button is clicked are added by typing them in the field values section of the report format.

Tags to be added to the Embezzlement List Report Format for the "Embezzlement of PPE" Function No. 2;

Field codes in the Function Sequencer to Report Format are written between the Greater Than ```<\>and Less Than signs. The spelling of the tag is<VER_ALANX\>. For example, the parametric field with the text type "PPE Definition" encoded FIELD1 is written as <VER_ALAN1\>in the field value section of the report format template. In list-type fields such as List, Personnel, it is necessary to write the tag with the suffix "ACK". For example, in the parametric field with the "PPE Type" list type coded FIELD2, it is necessary to write the tag in the form of<VER_ALAN2_ACK\>``` to the report format template.

The information about the functions in the function sequence, the field definitions and tags of the parametric field types in the table is written to the downloaded report format template.

After the software of the field definitions and tags to the template to the report format is saved to the computer in the format of the same name as the report ZIMMET_LISTESI.xlsx.

1.1.4. Display of Parametric Fields Added to the Report Format of the Embezzlement List Report

After the report format upload process where the tag is added to the report format (ZIMMET_LISTESI.xlsx) of the Embezzlement List Report, the Integrated Management System```>Personal Protective Equipment \>Reports\>```Embezzlement List Report menu is clicked.

On the Embezzlement Tracking screen that opens, the List and Filter tab appears. By selecting the options in the fields of Embezzlement Reason, Reason for Receipt and Reason for Control in the search criteria! Click the (Search) button. On the Embezzlement, Embezzlement Control and Embezzlement Undo screens, data is defined and filtered to display the fields where data is entered and printed in the report.

Via PPE selected in the List tab (Export to Excel) button is clicked. (Export to Excel) button and "Embezzlement List Report" are displayed in Excel format.

It is seen that the Received Embezzlement List Report also reports the information of the values of the parametric field types defined in the Field definition menu and the tags of the parametric field types added to the template are working.
