Group Identification

User groups can be created based on a specific property to be used in authorization definitions or during flow design.

Created user groups can be used to create a group of users and grant authorization directly on a group-by-group basis, rather than to authorize individual users who should have the same authority, or when a flow will be directed to a specific group within processes.

In the Human Resources menu, a new user group definition can be made to the system under the User Groups heading and the existing definition can be edited.

For example; As a control group in a process flow, the flow should be transmitted to the users named "Ali Doğru", "Tamer Dağlı" and "Ahmet Dalış" for control purposes. In this case, a user group consisting of the relevant users is defined to the system as follows, in the flow design, the action can be directly reduced to this user group.
