📄️ Step 1 Define a Department
To define a new department to the system; From the Human Resources menu, click on the Departments section. Clicking on the Departments section will display the list of sample departments defined by default and the list of predefined departments, if any.
📄️ Step 2 Defining a Title
To define a new title to the system; From the Human Resources menu, click on the Titles section. Clicking on the Titles section will display a list of sample titles defined by default and any predefined titles.
📄️ Step 3 Define the User
To define a new user to the system; Click on the Users section from the Human Resources menu. Clicking on the Users section will display the default list of sample users and any predefined users.
📄️ Step 4 Position Definition
To define a new position to the system; From the Human Resources menu, click on the Positions section. Clicking on the Positions section will display the default sample positions and a list of previously defined positions, if any.
📄️ Step 5 Company Identification
In organizations with a multi-company structure, company definitions should be transferred to the system in order to specify which user, position, title or department belongs to which company.
📄️ Step 6 Define a Group
User groups can be created based on a specific property to be used in authorization definitions or during flow design.
