1.Highlights / New Features​

Process Management Module

  • 53970-DR8722-Messages during the process approval flow have been edited. In the warning given after control and approval, the information that the flow is forwarded to the next user has been added. When the last approval is given, the information that the process has been approved and published has been added.
  • 55248-DR8998-The approval date field in the process detail has been made editable in edit mode.
  • 55250-DR9008-It has been ensured that reminder mails are sent for the draft processes to be published according to the specified periods. In this context, the parameters ‘Waiting Time as Draft for Processes to Send Reminder Mail, Reminder Frequency of Draft Processes (Day), To Whom Should Draft Reminder Mails Go?, To Whom Should Draft Created Mails Go?’ were created.
  • 56284-DR9153- While logging in to the application, when a user logs in more than once, the error message received is changed to ‘{0} unsuccessful login attempts have been made to the system by one or more users. You must wait {1} minutes to log in.’ has been changed. The {0} value is determined by the WaitingTimeAfterIncorrectLogins parameter in the CONFIGURATION table of Ensemble DB, and the {1} value is determined by the WaitAfterHowManyTimeIncorrectLogins parameter
  • 59882-DR9338-Visio imported shape data (Define Shape Data) was transferred to process step detail information (Description, Sequence No, Cost, Duration) in the visual model.
  • 59890-DR9328-When saving the process, the loading icon was displayed in the middle of the screen.
  • 60452-DR9390- ‘Measurement Frequency’ filter and column has been added to Reports-Process Reports-Process Indicator Relationship Report. The related field is also included in the excel output.
  • 60453-DR9316- If there is information about the parent process to which the draft process is connected under the draft processes tab, this information is displayed on this column by creating a ‘Parent Process’ column.

  • 65755-DR9961- According to the parameters (document, source, control, control, risk, input-output), the process detail is not in the detail when saving the process (document, source, control, risk, input-output), a development was made that prevents saving by warning. Parameters were added to the general tab.
  • 65810-DR10397- When the department that performs the work is selected in the Process Step detail, ‘See Users Belonging to This Department feature’ has been added and users within the department can be seen.
  • 66399-DR4268- In the process revision comparison screen, improvements have been made for the detection of step changes and data changes in the steps and their detailed display with colouring and tooltips. Newly added -> Green Deleted -> Red Changeling -> Orange Changes are displayed when hovering over it.
  • 66473-DR10548-“Only the filled ones of the Process Step Additional Attributes should be shown in the Process Detail” parameter has been added. When the parameter is active, additional attributes without data are not shown on detail pages in display mode.
  • 66526- In the Approval, Authorisation, Opinion, Control and Information matrix reports in Process Management, it has been ensured that user types that are not in the matrices do not appear in user selections.

  • 114280-DR14313- MSG.15.48 message has been added as message body for Process Management. When the revision is started in the published process, it was ensured that the draft created mails are sent to the value selected in the ‘To Whom Should Draft Created Mails Go?’ parameter.
  • 64737- The ‘No Target Colour’ parameter in the System Parameters-Indicators screen has been enabled to show the colour in this parameter when the target is not found in the process step detail indicators tab.

Balance Scored Card Module

  • 53973-DR8905- The ‘Evaluation method to be used in report card calculation’ parameter on the System Parameters-Performance Management System screen has been converted into a combobox structure. List elements are existing evaluation methods.
  • 66481-DR10461- When the report card is exported as pdf and xls on the ‘Classic View’ and ‘View by Indicator’ screens, the report card name is displayed.
  • 106249-DR9562- In the classical view for weight and YTD weight, the effect of the upper elements on the report card and the effect of the lower elements on the upper elements were shown as percentages.
  • 55270-DR9087- The font colour of the ‘Realised’ series of Reports-Performance Reports-Indicator Realisation Report can be adjusted optionally. The related adjustment is made from the ‘Font Colour’ field on the edit and define screen of the ranges on the ‘Periodic Limit & Ranges’ page of the related method from the Performance Management-Evaluation Methods menu.
  • 56279-DR9091- ‘Status’ line has been added to Reports-Performance Reports-Indicator Realisation Report. It was ensured that range information was brought to the relevant field.
  • 62084-DR9625- When the option to copy the associated measurement locations on the element copy screen is activated, the associated processes are copied. Additional attributes were also copied.
  • 62085-DR9628- ‘Related processes’ and “top indicator” fields have been added to the Data Entry Time Past Indicators Report.
  • 6581-DR10388- For Data Entry Report and Indicator - Measurement Locations Values Report: When the ‘Should department be used in indicators’ parameter is active, the department column is enabled.
  • 66487-DR10454- In the Performance Management parameter 29, 2 more tags have been added as <GERCEKLESEN_DEGER> and <HEDEF_DEGER> which can be used for action definition.
  • 84708-DR11358- The target value was displayed on the Data Entry Approvals screen.
