1.Highlights / New Features​

Process Management Module

  • 65011- DR9623 - By adding a parameter called MailSendingTime that takes a time value (08:00), review emails, approval delay emails, opinion reminder emails and draft process reminder emails are sent at the time specified in this parameter value.
  • 65021-DR9680 - If the color field can be matched in the ensemble risk parameters, the color icon depending on the risk score is displayed.
  • 66968-DR10147 - Language equivalents in Swimlane were provided in Process Visual Model Outputs.
  • 67578-DR10427 - Customer and Supplier tabs were added to Process and Process Step Responsibles.
  • 68304-DR10796 - System parameters- "Use Standards in process step details" parameter was added in the Standards tab. When the parameter is activated, it is now possible to add a standard to the process step details.
  • 68308-DR10931 - "Future review date" column has been added to the Process Review Report and Process Summary List Reports.
  • 76779-DR11838 - "Combine Sources in a Single Row" parameter has been added to be used in the Process Analysis Report.
  • 87972-DR12477 - When a process in draft is published, only a published e-mail is sent to the user in the information matrix.
  • 87973-DR12448 - It was ensured that (Draft) is written next to each process added from draft processes, nothing is written if there is no ongoing revision of the published process, and (In Revision) is written next to it if there is an ongoing revision of the published process.
  • 91818-DR12779 - It was ensured that users in the information matrix are assigned a task when a process is published. The "Process Viewing Report" was developed to report those viewing the processes from the "Published processes" task.
  • 129182-DR15366 - It was ensured that the parametric areas of the controls in the QDMS system can be selected parametrically on the ensemble and can be displayed according to the parameter in a separate column in the control list and control selection screen.

Balance Scored Card Module

  • 64323- DR10118 - It was ensured that the action opened from the same indicator measurement location could be associated with different periods of the same indicator measurement location.
  • 67580-DR10458 - A field was added to the model creation/update screen to get the main action id as “Main Action Number for Process Actions”. When opening an action from the display detail, if the active model has a main action, the main action id was sent from the QDMS system. Thus, the action was recorded under the main action of this model.
  • 67583-DR10504 - In the Indicator Detail Report, if the <FORMULE_MEASURES_NAME> and <PERIOD_NAME> tags are not used in the report template file, they are removed from the report to ensure the report works.
  • 67598-DR10792 - By right-clicking on the grid column on the Measurement Location definition page, data can be exported as Excel.
  • 70362-DR11172 - The sequence number was added to the additional attribute definition page and on each page it was taken, it was sorted first by sequence and then by ID.
  • 93127-DR12696 - If a description was written on the data entry screen for the series coming with integration and formula, this description was ensured to remain unupdated after the triggering.
  • 126548-DR15036 - Actions created for indicators with empty Actual Value and Range data are now displayed in the QDMS Indicator Transaction Report.
  • 129181-DR15329 - It was ensured that periods other than the indicator's period breakdown (level) were not kept in the data entry history, and that the data coming with the integration was not logged when the same data was added again.

2.Breaking Changes​

  • Ensemble version 5.26.3.1 and QDMS version 5.26.3.1 must be installed.
