  • 44432 – DR6523- Risk definitions in the QDMS were incompletely reflected in the Ensemble due to caching. The error was fixed by ensuring that the risks were cached at regular intervals.

  • 43764 – DR6386- Changed the expression "Process owner approval level" in the System Parameters-Process Approval Levels screen to "Process Approval Level".

  • 39879 – DR5170- With the "ShowPositionsInUserGroup" parameter enabled in the Oracle database, all defined roles were pulled for each process, preventing the process hierarchy from opening. The bug has been fixed.

  • 43757 – DR6384- The powers of the sub-processes can be managed with the options 'Add matrix to sub-processes' and 'Apply matrix to sub-processes' in the matrices of the processes. The use of the corresponding feature for sub-processes that are not authorized by the user editing the matrices is blocked.

  • 43916 – DR6405- System Parameters-Performance Management System screen "How many levels to show at boot in classic and list view?" parameter determines how many breakdowns will be opened in the report card detail. The number of breakdowns caused by the relevant parameter could not be managed. The bug has been fixed.

  • 45536 – DR6405- Process Reports-Attachment Attribute Report fixed an issue where the end-of-line character appears in the presence of more than one line in the case of additional attributes of the multiline text type.

  • 43804 – Process Reports-Fixed an issue with the process analysis report introducing resources attached to the process step without including the process steps.

  • 43843 – Process owner receives authorization error when approving "Process Cancellation Requests" task that falls on his pending work. The bug has been fixed.

  • 43672 – In the Reports-Process Authorization Matrix Report, when the user group was selected as the relevant authorized user, the report only returned the processes in the QDMS application where deleted user groups were added in the authorization matrix. The bug has been fixed.

  • 43061 – Fixed an issue where entering data for an additional attribute in a process detail shows a value as if the same data had been entered in process steps of the same type as the process.

  • 45295 – Users who are not module administrators could identify on the Process Management-Finding Types screen. The bug has been fixed.

  • 43465 – In draft processes and older versions of the process, the process itself could be selected as the parent process. The bug has been fixed.

  • 45890 – When selecting a user group in the approval matrix of processes, the Process Reports-Process Approval Matrix Report did not bring data. The bug has been fixed.

  • 44917 – In the Oracle database, a user group was added to the authorization matrix of processes and the corresponding user group was deleted when the page was refreshed. The bug has been fixed.

  • 44909 - Reports-Process Reports-Process Analysis Report in Oracle database did not return data when pulled, including process steps. The bug has been fixed.

  • 45269 - Permission groups with Ensemble menu privileges could not be edited on the Permission Groups screen in the Oracle database. The bug has been fixed.

  • 43772 – Removed the faulty filter button in the "indicator type" column of the "My Indicators" task on the Pending Jobs page.

  • 43724 – When scorecard details were exported in the display by legend and classic view screens, the element type column did not appear. The bug has been fixed.

  • 43731 – When the "Indicators to Generate Action" and "Indicators to Generate Action" tasks on the Pending Jobs page were exported, the "Data Entry Officers" and "Indicator Owner" columns did not appear. The bug has been fixed.

  • 45705 – Filter buttons for yes(tick)/no(cross) and numerically displayed data in reports were not working. The bug has been fixed.

  • 43610 – From the Performance Management-Scorecard-Passive Scorecards screen, only visually authorized users could edit the scorecard relationship. The bug has been fixed.

  • 45653 – The classic view of the scorecard details would come out as empty of the element type of the parent elements when exported. The bug has been fixed.
