1.Highlights / New Features​

Process Management Module

  • 104286-DR10356-A “Stakeholders” tab has been created in the process details. Stakeholders can be selected multiple times.
  • 104323-DR10882-In process management, when the logo bar is selected as hidden in the visual model, the drawing no longer moves upward and a thick gray space no longer appears below.
  • 104376-DR12181-When establishing the process management-standard relationship, passive standards were prevented from being selected. After being added to the process, passive standards were also listed in the process as (Passive).
  • 125261-DR13481-Visual model link and version number columns have been added to the Process Report. The process name column has been converted to a link.
  • 133022-DR15620-The language equivalents of the Process Card have been corrected so that the English equivalents of the fields “Process Name-Parent Process Information-Purpose-Scope-Subprocess Information-Process Step Name” appear on the process card. NOTE: In order for the language equivalent to appear in the model, the edit and save operation must be performed once in the other language in the model.
  • 156189-DR8657-The parameter “Can controls be used in multiple modules?” (number 287) has been added to the QDMS System Infrastructure parameters. When this parameter is set to “Yes,” the “Selectable Modules” field in the Bimser System Infrastructure Definitions-Definitions-Control Definition page becomes multi-select and visible. Controls defined via Ensemble can now be selected for Qdms risk modules.
  • 159187-DR15257-Language support has been added to the “Revision Reason” and “Revision Details” fields in the Process Revision Information section.
  • 159189-DR15405-Development has been carried out to enable language equivalents to be entered for vertical/horizontal information tools. When a lane is selected, the language values can be entered using the language edit button.
  • 159515-DR16383-A new report has been created. The “Sub-Process Report” has been created, which provides information on the “input-output, customer, supplier, customer, responsibility matrix, purpose, and additional attributes” of the sub-processes.

Performance Management Module

  • 104381-DR12075-The indicator details displayed in the table are now exported to the report.
  • 104403-DR12219-Additional attributes related to the indicator-measurement location relationship are now displayed in the details field of the indicator details screen.
  • 122971-DR11323- Indicator version management feature has been improved.
  • 125249-DR13085- Indicators listed on the Indicators page can now be opened in a new page.

Balance Scored Card Module

  • 104402-DR12233-A search feature has been added to the report card listing area from the indicator-measurement location relationship.
  • 125251-DR13139-Added indicator-based and classic view and default model column information for export on the report card screen.
