Batch Item Number Deactivation

First of all, you need to save > download all the items on the system from the SAT BSAT > Definitions > Management System Definition Screen with the "Export to Excel" button in the upper right corner.

Then, after selecting the "Item Number Deactivation" option via the SAT > BSAT > Configuration Settings > Transfers > Item Number Transfer and Bulk Inactivation menu, click the Down Arrow (Download Template) button in the upper right corner.

Then, copy the codes on excel that we downloaded in step 1 to the "Item No" column in the template we downloaded in step 2. After saving, you will upload it again from the "Item No Transfer and Batch Deactivation" menu from the Up Arrow (Upload Template) Button. All of the relevant substances will be passive.

In order to upload the item numbers you will change to the system, you can select the "Item Number Transfer" option in the upper left corner of the Item Number Transfer and Bulk Inactivity menu, change the places from (-) to (/) in the file we downloaded in the first step and upload them to the system from the Up Arrow (Upload Template) section.
