Using the "Change" button on this screen, the steps in the control forms from the template will be applied and the stage of filling out the control form will be explained depending on the operations performed.
The form to be edited will be selected and the button titled "Change" will be clicked, and then a screen will open as follows:
This screen is the contents of the tab titled "General Information", which is located on the left side.
The fields that are included in the "red box number 1" from the fields in the General Information tab show the fields that are filled in the prepared control template and transferred to this form. When the form is entered with the change button, if there is no mistake, these fields should not be interfered with.
Description of the Work Done: It is a mandatory field. Descriptions of how the checks are carried out and how they are performed are entered manually.
Control Status (A/C): This is the area at the top of the general information screen. By default, the "Open" box is checked, and the box next to these forms appears as "Red" on the main tab. If the controls are completed and no problems are experienced, the "Closed" option is checked and the information that the controls are completed is recorded in the system. Forms saved as closed will have "Green" in the main tab.
Checked Assets Tab: Located on the left side of the screen, just below the general information tab. Within this tab, the assets to be checked and the control steps to be applied are listed. The steps to be followed when you want to add an entity are exactly the same as the insertion logic specified in the template.
Working Personnel Tab: It is the tab where the personnel or personnel who perform the control process and implement the maintenance plan are added to the system. The insertion logic is the same as for other tabs.
Work Steps Tab: The control steps that are included in the maintenance plan that are included in the template are listed in this field. Additions, changes, or deletions cannot be performed on the Job Steps field.
Metric Packages Tab: Included when the template is created. There are no functions for adding, changing and deleting measurement packages on the form screen. Only the measurement values are manually added to the respective measurement package. The metric value must be entered for each asset separately.
After all these fields are completed, the changes made with the button titled "Save" on the upper right side should be saved to the system. If the control form status is marked as "Closed", the corresponding form should appear as "Green" in the main tab where the forms are listed.
Important: Under normal circumstances, control forms are not included on the work order and job request pages. However, in cases such as the problem detected in the work steps in the control form or the desired tolerance in the measurement values, the work order is formed.
Checking the "Problem Existing" field on the Job steps tab and saving the check form status as "Closed" will create the work order related to the problem step.
The "Let the work order occur when the acceptable values are exceeded" field at the top of the "Work Order Information Tab" screen within the measurement packages defined for the control process should be checked. In this way, when a measurement value other than these values is entered and the control form is saved as "Closed", the work order will be created.
