Maintenance Analysis

The purpose of using the maintenance analysis tab is to make plans and analyzes about the work order to be created and to ensure that the work to be done on the work order to be formed is faster, more successful and planned. The maintenance analysis process is not one of the default processes of boysweb, but it is a process that is processed when needed and requested. Requirements to be able to use the maintenance analysis process;

1- In the background for Boysweb application, a flow for the job request approval process should be defined.

2- Within the company parameters, the parameters related to the maintenance analysis should be activated.

3- It is necessary to activate the maintenance analysis menu from the menu authorizations.


After these adjustments and arrangements are made, the maintenance analysis process will be activated and the opened work requests will be approved in the maintenance analysis menu of the authorized person before the work order is formed after completing the approval stage


After the necessary analyzes are added to the system by the authorized user, the responsible personnel to whom the work will be assigned are selected and the maintenance analysis process is completed by using the "APPROVAL" button at the top right of the screen, and the request opened is converted into a work order and directed to the responsible personnel by the system.


Field number 1: This is the part where the general information of the opened request and the work order to be converted will be entered.

Area number 2: These are the tabs where the process, cost, labor, etc. analyzes related to the work to be done are added to the system.

Area 3: this is the area from which the flow of the relevant maintenance analysis will be selected. Like Approval or Cancellation...

The maintenance analysis process is the planning and forecasting process, as can be understood from the tab headings in field 2.
